A new movement is emerging towards values-centered and virtues-based organizations. At the same time, organizations must be able to effectively respond to a rapidly changing landscape of dizzying changes. The most effective organizations are the ones who go beyond just "managing change," to being able to integrate change. And the most effective change agents are those who can draw on their deepest sense of faith and spirituality.
If you have been searching for a deeper and more profound way to serve as a change leader in your organization, look no further - you've found it! The first in a series of six two-day workshops on "Integrating Change" will be offered January 13-14, 2011. There is a true art, science, and craft to integrating change and in these sessions you will be introduced to the core elements of change success by nationally known presenter Mel Toomey, who is the founder of the Center for Leadership Studies and the Generative Leadership Group.
Complete any four of the six workshop sessions offered, to qualify for a Certificate in "Integrating Change" from the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace.
