Get Involved
Leadership is an experiential phenomenon. Similarly, MAOL is a program best understood through a first-hand encounter. Whether you are an employer, a prospective candidate, a professional who wishes to contribute to the program by appearing as a guest speaker or an academic administrator or educator, we invite you to learn how you can get involved. We welcome prospective candidates to current MAOL sessions and can arrange for you to speak with MAOL faculty and graduates in order to gain a better understanding of the experience.
Employers
If you have identified within your organization an individual with high potential for success, a sense of responsibility to a higher echelon of achievement and one who is strongly self motivated and engaged in his or her leadership role, MAOL may be right for him or her. Prospective Candidates
We welcome prospective candidates to experience MAOL first hand. We suggest you start with our Candidates/Alumni pagewhere you can hear the stories of current MAOL candidates and alumni and learn about their experiences, breakthrough initiatives, and transformations. You may also visit a residential session to meet graduates, talk with faculty, and sit in during class sessions.
