Penny Stoker leads the human resources operations for AstraZeneca in the United States. In this role, Penny is instrumental in developing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, with oversight of 12,000 U.S. employees.

As a business leader, Penny is responsible for recognizing and producing strategic shifts in how the company operates, focusing on areas specific to the workforce.

Penny is also responsible for the acquisition and integration of talent into the U.S. organization including identifying those individuals with top leadership qualities.
