Meet The Faculty
MAOL faculty comes from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some have decades of experience in large corporations and highly sought after consultancies while others have maintained successful long standing private practices; still others are highly skilled business coaches and academic professionals versed in change theory and organizational dynamics. MAOL faculty inspires and guides individuals who pass through the program from a number of different perspectives, giving each candidate a broad base for understanding and fresh, often unexpected, avenues to discovery.
Our faculty falls into three categories—the business Faculty, Consulting Faculty, and The Graduate Institute’s Academic Faculty. When they are not teaching, MAOL faculty is actively engaged in their areas of specialty, whether through advising, consulting, coaching, research, or writing. Faculty is available between sessions for questions and consultation.
