I really appreciated the opportunity to become more consciously aware of the opportunities I have every day to support the integration of change – both on a personal level and with and through my colleagues.
Overall, I really loved the session as I found the personal reflecton part very enlightening for myself, and it really re-energized me and altered my relationship with change.
The program provides an open, caring environment for questioning one’s assumptions about leadership.
I thought the discussion was rich in considering change and the roles everyone engaged in change has in creating ‘brave new worlds’– their own on an individual leveland their shared new world as a group.
I like the clarificaton of management and leadership and the identificaton of integration as the missing link.
Not for people who want to "learn the latest stuff about leadership", for people who "want to see a transformation in their leadership and in themselves, and are willing to go there."
MAOL brings sense of confidence and clarity to the chaos that surrounds us.
I believe that I came away with a different outlook on change especially as relates to relationships with my peers/employees/ leaders.
Seriously, I did not find one moment of this opportunity ineffective in the least.
The program is a fundamental disruption in who you think you are.
This session was a great catalyst! It has provided me the opportunity to start to consider change from a whole new perspectve and to really focus on the “I” in integration.
It was delightful to be a part of this session. The positive energy shared was contagious and fabulous. At the end of the conference I felt charged and was anxious to share and integrate what I had learned.
I liked how well it was integrated - the flow and layering of awareness was, for me, built in a very ‘natural’ way
Leadership is going for it -- committing your name and your resources.
